We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how users interact with the platform. This includes session data, feature usage, and general usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some platform features may not work correctly as a result.
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google Cloud) to store your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. While we implement industry-standard security practices, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
We work with the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics), payment processors for subscription billing. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control how third parties handle data beyond what is required by our agreements with them.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or compliance purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

ActiveYears does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
